Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Proven experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing web servers,             specifically PHP applications and Apache.

What you'll be doing:

• Optimize and troubleshoot web servers (Apache, Nginx, Lightspeed Web Servers).
• Collaborate with the development team to implement infrastructure improvements and changes.
• Enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our domains, network, and CDN management.
• Optimize database performance and configurations.
• Implement and manage containerization using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish and maintain server and application monitoring platforms and alerting systems.
• Monitor live websites to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Participate in On-Call duties, Incident Response, and Incident Management.

What you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of database management and PHP application configuration.
• Expertise in networking, DNS, and domain registrars.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience in setting up comprehensive monitoring platforms and alerting systems.
• Familiarity with the Cloudflare platform.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, using tools like Terraform.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement robust security measures.
• Strong technical acumen and adherence to DevOps best practices.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for web servers and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
