Content Manager - English Market

We are looking for a creative, experienced and analytical individual to join as a Content Manager for the English market. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of engaging, high-quality content over several English-speaking regions. You will manage a team of in-house writers and freelancers, collaborate with other departments such as SEO and Sales, and contribute to monthly reports on team performance and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team's workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Oversee team members' work for quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, bi-weekly training sessions, and monthly 121’s with your team.
- Motivate and encourage your team members, communicating clear goals and identifying areas for training or skill development.
- Oversee the team’s work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure the highest content standards and provide actionable feedback to help writers grow.
- Be responsible during hiring processes and training of new team members.
- Ensure that content is relevant, accurate, and tailored to meet audience needs.
- Develop strategies to promote team adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
- Contribute to monthly reports about team performance, company objectives, and deadlines.
- Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently.
What you'll bring:
- Native or full professional proficiency in English.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience within the iGaming industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or senior role.
- Knowledge of content marketing techniques.
- Understanding of Google analytics and SEO techniques.
- Great workload and time management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies is essential.
- Organised professional with a detailed approach.
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a passion for keeping up with digital media trends.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to set your own priorities and go above and beyond to support team goals.
