Responsibilities:

1. Quality Strategy & Governance:
• Define and implement overall QA strategy, Test Plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Establish best practices, guidelines, and frameworks for testing processes.
• Define and enforce quality standards across development and testing teams.
2. Test Automation & Tooling:
• Design and oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Select, integrate, and optimize testing tools and technologies.
• Ensure continuous integration and continuous testing (CI/CT) within CI/CD pipelines.
3. Test Management & Execution:
• Develop test plans, strategies, and execution roadmaps for different company products.
• Ensure functional, non-functional (performance, security, scalability), and regression testing effectiveness.
• Define key testing metrics and ensure their consistent tracking and reporting.

1. Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure testability.
• Provide mentorship and training to QA engineers, fostering best practices.
• Drive a quality-first mindset across the organization.
2. Performance & Security Testing:
• Establish guidelines for performance, load, and stress testing.
• Ensure security testing best practices, including vulnerability assessments.
3. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in testing methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

1. Experience & Education:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a QA Lead/Architect role.
2. Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java/Python/JavaScript, etc.).
• Expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)   - advantage
3. Process & Methodologies:
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
4. Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Effective communication and ability to influence teams.
